What am I? Who am I? Where am I?

My photo
ART is a powerful LANGUAGE. It communicates to everyone and anyone. It has the ability to depict personal emotions as well as concerns unknown to anyone in the most truthful manner but yet on the other hand, not being literal which therefore allow the audiences to perceive it in accordance to their knowledge. The face has always been an interesting form to me as everyone has got his/her own face. Often, the face shows the history and background of oneself. To put up a front, to disguise, to apply make up are examples of self concealed. One will recognised the smiling face of a man constantly throughout my artworks. Some wonders if the smile is a reflection of complete joy, in a state of total denial or maybe to disguise anxiety. Perhaps it is a reflection of total pleasure or yet it might just be the laugh of an idiot. By restricting my style, I self imposed limits, allowing communication to audiences on a wide subject.

Been a looooong time since i last posted something. Well, i got too carried away when i was back in Singapore! Too many distractions, too many happenings. Reaching home at almost 2-3am in the morning and getting up at 10.30am(if im working)and 12pm(if im not) in the afternoon almost seem like a wonderful holiday. Lots of catching up, fun and laughter with your close pals till dawn is always the best i could ever ask for. Now, in a couple more months, she's getting Married!
I remember, when we first got to know one another back in NAFA, she has always been the quiet one and me being the stubborn fellow. We use to cover each other asses should we get into trouble. Continuation of studies overseas, in the arts, have been one of our dreams. Planning and decision making was good though i knew you were a little reluctant, due to the commitment, you have towards your partner. I cant tell you how disappointed i was at that point of time where you told me to go ahead with my studies and that you cant join me. I was really upset to know your decision- you putting your partner at a higher priority as compared to your education, your future. To come together, spending time and most importantly being genuine, every day has made the friendship grow and blossom. Now, after 2 years of studying in ANU, and when i looked back this whole journey, personally- i've grown alot and as for you, i am happy to see that you're happy and well. To know your decision in not coming with me for oversea studies is a choice you've made that you will not have any regrets in the future. That you and your partner have decided to take the relationship to the next level, it is all worth it. Therefore, Congrats to you both and i cant wait to attend the wedding!

Now, I've been back for a few weeks. Suddenly, emotions starts to sink in again. Missing all the good times back home and of course, there's this little sadness due to some reason---> Back to comfort zone, i suppose. oh well,i guess i just have to take it one step at a time. Things will work out eventually.

Anyway, couple of things on hand to get done!

Get my car ( hopefully by tmr)
Get a JOB (Soon i hope)Interview this thurs....
Pay my tuition fee ( waiting for my mum to TT me $$$)
What else?....... oh Grocery shopping!Lucky dudes, you both need not plan for daily meals. Just open your mouth and eat .... but at least, after eating i get to sit back and relax while you both do the washing and cleaning!

No more complimentary studies, no more horrible core studies lecturers and most importantly----> i get to wake up late every Monday! No class = more time for major!
I have a change in studio and i cant wait to see my studio space! Fingers crossed that it'll be spacious enough for me to work on my art. Final year of my studying and after which, the adventurous journey starts to begin! WORK.... MARRIAGE.....KIDS
Pretty standard uh? Well, i'll try to take my own sweet time and enjoy every moment!

I cant believe im saying this but yea, i did K!You're missed! but in a good way! =)

What a wonderful day~

Cheers!
